- Golden Pass believes in protecting your privacy.
- All Golden Pass customers are entitled to complete privacy and will not have their information sold, shared, or distributed in any manner.
Cancellation Policy
- Is providing a room accommodation reservation and booking service to you and your company. Golden Pass provides such competitive room rates and service pricing due to its ability to reserve, hold and pre-pay for rooms for its clients at the time of reservation. Thus, it is agreed that you are receiving services from Golden Pass for setting up, negotiating, arranging, confirming and providing the ability for you to receive pre-paid room accommodation reservations. Golden Pass will take every effort to adjust, change and seek our customer’s utmost satisfaction. **Disclaimer-Taxes and hotel service fees will be added to your final bill. Golden Pass understands that sometimes plans change.
- However, as mentioned, Golden Pass is able to offer such competitive pricing due to its ability to reserve, hold and pre-pay for rooms for its clients at the time of reservation. Thus, changes made after final accommodation is agreed upon, but prior to 10 days before check in will not be assessed a fee. Any reductions due for changes or cancellations will be applied as credit for customer’s next booking. Credit will expire if not utilized within 180 days of issue. In addition, should the entire reservation be cancelled you agree to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of 30% of the total cost of room accommodation. This cancellation fee reflects the Golden Pass services already performed on your behalf, monies already paid on your behalf and monies earned by Golden Pass for services deemed performed. Golden Pass reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at any time, at its sole discretion on a case by case basis.
Prepaid Hotel Reservations
- You acknowledge that Golden Pass pre-negotiates certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by Golden Pass and the facilitation fee retained by Golden Pass to compensate us for our services. You authorize Golden Pass to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate discussed, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Golden Pass for the total reservation price.
- You acknowledge that Golden Pass does not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are a recovery of the estimated transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc.) that Golden Pass pays to the hotel supplier in connection with your hotel reservations. The hotel suppliers invoice Golden Pass for tax amounts. The Hotel suppliers remit applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. Golden Pass does not act as co-vendors with the supplier with whom we book or reserve our customer's travel arrangements. Tax-ability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by Golden Pass to the hotel suppliers may vary from the tax recovery charge amounts, depending upon the rates, tax-ability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel by our customers. We retain our service fees as compensation in servicing your travel reservation. Our service fees vary based on the amount and type of hotel reservation.
